Steven Notarianni

I joined LHD Lawyers as a Director in January 2018, and established the firm’s Melbourne office. I am experienced in all areas of personal injury litigation in Victoria, with particular expertise in workcover matters.  I currently manage the LHD Melbourne office, as well as operating a portfolio of files in the workcover jurisdiction.

I commenced practise in North East Victoria in 2000, and have practised exclusively in personal injury law since that time. I have worked in both plaintiff and defendant roles, which provides me with a well balanced perspective of the personal injury landscape and the claims under my management. I have extensive experience in conducting personal injury claims from commencement through to litigation in each of the Magistrates’, County and Supreme Courts within the Victorian jurisdiction.

I am passionate about assisting my injured clients pursue their entitlements. I provide straightforward and pragmatic legal advice to my clients in order to guide them through the claims process, with the ultimate aim of achieving the best outcome possible. I recognise the trauma that can be caused by significant injuries and take great pride in helping to make a difference in the lives of my clients and their families, and in supporting them through what can be a very difficult and emotional time in their lives.

With many clients residing outside of the Melbourne metropolitan region, I enjoy travelling to all parts of regional Victoria to meet with clients on a regular basis and to conduct matters in regional circuit Court sittings.
