Khushboo Kang

Khushboo joined the legal industry in 2014 when she was employed as a Law Clerk at a Personal Injury Law Firm, performing work in the areas of worker’s compensation, superannuation and TPD and work injury damages. During this time, she developed an expertise in TPD and work injury damages matters and was involved in drafting detailed submissions and court documents, managing the day to day conduct of claim files independently, under the supervision of a Practice Group Leader.

Since her admission as a Lawyer, she has focused on assisting clients specifically in the area of Total and Permanent Disablement, Income Protection and Life Insurance claims. As a solicitor, she is able to advise clients of their entitlements to benefits through their superannuation funds and assist them in making successful claims. She believes that it is her responsibility to ensure claims are transitioned in an effective and timely manner, that communication with clients is upheld at every stage of their claim and barriers to acceptance of a claim are recognised and challenged.

Khushboo is strongly committed and passionate in assisting those clients who are undergoing hardship following an injury or illness as she believe it is a rewarding experience to help the vulnerable members of our community. She strives for upholding client satisfaction and ensuring that outcomes are fair and reasonable.
