I have attended Sydney University where I completed a combined Law and Economics degree majoring in Economics, Finance and Marketing. I was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in 2004.
I have been recognised by the Doyle’s Leading Work Injury & Accident Compensation Lawyer (Plaintiff ) Guide in 2015, 2016 and 2022.
I had the privilege of attending a hearing in 2018 before the Standing Committee on Law and Justice who were looking into the review of the workers compensation scheme and provided insights on behalf of the plaintiffs/injured workers in relation to the daily struggles within the workers compensation scheme.
I have been involved in a number of complex cases throughout my career however one of the most notable is the landmark case that I ran for a widow of a gig economy worker who died during the course of his employment. The ruling recognised the gig economy worker as an employee (Hungry Panda case).
I have joined LHD Lawyers recently following almost 20 years of experience in personal injury, having previously worked for one of the largest personal injury firms in Australia. Throughout my career I’ve had particular interest in workers compensation and work injury damages claims.
I feel privileged to be able to simplify the complex legal jargon for everyday people and provide them with the relevant legal advice to help them navigate the legal system in their time of need.
