Alvin is a Lawyer in our Superannuation and Insurance team. He specialises in Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) and Income Protection (IP) claims and disputing the decisions of superannuation funds and insurers to attain the most favourable results for his clients.
Alvin joined LHD Lawyers in 2021. He has extensive experience representing both defendant and plaintiff clients in life insurance claims. Equipped with a first-hand understanding of opposing sides, Alvin offers the ability to navigate and overcome complex matters.
Alvin graduated from Macquarie University with a dual Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts-Psychology degree. He was admitted as a Lawyer into the NSW Supreme Court in 2020.
