Since being admitted as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of Western Australia, Abbey has worked in all areas of personal injury law and employment law. Predominately, Abbey’s career has focused on motor vehicle accident claims, workers’ compensation claims, and criminal injuries compensation claims.
Over the years, she has represented clients in a variety of complex personal injury claims, including nervous shock and psychological injury claims. She has appeared at the District Court, Federal Court, Federal Circuit Court, WorkCover WA, Fair Work Commission, Western Australia Industrial Relations Commission.
Abbey entered the legal profession with a strong desire to help others. This desire has resulted in a strong passion for her work in personal injury matters which she approaches with compassion and a drive to obtain the best possible outcome for her clients.
