Koyna has worked as an HR professional across different industries such as non-profit, recreational & leisure, financial technology. She holds a Master of Business Administration. Skilled in implementation of HR policies and processes, managing stakeholder relationships and HR projects, Koyna is passionate about people and in her role as People and Culture Manager, she helps our teams find the right people, support them throughout their employment journey and build a strong and inclusive culture. Her primary focus is continuous improvement and positive outcomes.

Prior to LHD Lawyers, Koyna was improving and implementing HR practices and supporting teams across APAC and the US region at Afterpay. In her spare time, she enjoys watching movies, spending time with family and friends.
