Rachel joined the LHD team in 2019 working as a paralegal alongside Managing Director, Mr John Abouchrouche, on a range of matters including NSW Worker’s Compensation, Work Injury Damages, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Accident claims. Since that time, and in mid-2021, Rachel was transferred to work as a paralegal alongside Senior Associate, Ms Alix Ryan, in a multi-jurisdictional team handling the same type of matters in both the Australian Capital Territory and New South Wales.
Working in a variety of areas has provided Rachel with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the NSW Supreme Court, NSW District Court and NSW Personal Injury Commission, together with the ACT Supreme Court and ACT Magistrates Court.
Rachel’s passion for community service and helping those less vulnerable translates into a strong interest in plaintiff personal injury work. Rachel understands that clients are undergoing an extremely difficult time in their lives and works hard to facilitate a seamless legal process for them. Rachel’s goals are strongly aligned with LHD Lawyers and she is committed to ensuring clients receive the best possible outcome by way of just compensation.
In 2022, Rachel graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business (Majoring in Finance). She has recently completed her College of Law studies and is currently in the process of being admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of NSW.
